I will keep your chart and any information disclosed to me completely confidential. I will not use your chart or knowledge about you in any research or presentations without your consent.

My profession is similar to counselling, where I work with a supervisor and may share anonymised information about client work in a confidential context to support me in my role as someone who helps others. I will always ensure that the client cannot be identified and the focus of any such discussion would always be my own development.
